The GNOME Art Collection written in ruby is a collection of tools for managing art from the art.gnome.org website. The first app, GNOME Art is a graphical frontend for art.gnome.org. Backgrounds and all themes can be downloaded and previewed. Backgrounds, icon themes and splash screens can be installed directly. GNOME Splash Screen Manager is an
application for managing the splash screens of your GNOME desktop.

There is no fedora core rpm for ruby-gnome2, so you have to make install it. Even dag and freshrpms don't have an rpm for ruby-gnome2, unlike the rpms for pyGTK, GTKmm, and other bindings that are prepackaged for us fedora users.

So you ruby the makefile creator .rb, then make install and now this program will work. Make sure you installed ruby RPM with up2date or yum first.

So as for the program itself, it's super nice, it even gets stuff out of art.gnome.org's archive, which is where most of the best stuff is.
