GNOME 2.10 LiveCD passes 50,000 downloads!

The GNOME 2.10 liveCD has surpassed 50,000 downloads! The liveCD project was created to make it easy to sample GNOME 2.10 immediately without waiting for distros, and has succeeded, pretty spectacularly for something that wasn't really quite mastered until the night before the release :) Some planning for the 2.12 release has already started- goals for the next release are to have more involvement from other people, more documents and media to show off, better mono integration, and easier mastering into more languages.

It isn't too late to download it yourself, show it to friends, or to reach more ambitious goals. The Greek GNOME Translation team made up their own Greek 2.10 LiveCD and distributed it at a conference.
