"Enclosures" allow blog

"Enclosures" allow blog writers to include audio and video within their blog posts. PenguinTV can detect these audio or video links, download the files, and play them for the user. It eliminates the need to download files by hand, find someplace to save them, and then locate them later when the user wants to view them.
