Gnome 2.12.1 Released

The first point release of the stable 2.12.x series of Gnome has been
released. This release includes the latest bugfixes and other
improvements such as updated translations and is the first in a series
of point releases.

i think we are missing something here. If the gnome people want to make "radical" changes, they do not deliver releases every 6 months.

Every gnome stable version is a little step to an objetive. If you dont like the simple way of gnome try kde, if you think is to slow or big try xfce, there are plenty of choices (even MS Windows if you want to wait 4 years for a face lift ;) )
