Gnome Foundation
Gnome Foundation

WebKit, anyone?

I am too lazy to read the announcement, but if GNOME can do anything to improve their platform, then it is to ditch that awful, memory eating, resource draining gecko layer from Epiphany and Yelp and whatever HTML using applications. I will be singing Hallelujah the day there's no more Mozilla code on my PC. While we're at it, I'd love to see Evolution being kicked out of core as well. If I wanted Outlook, I'd have installed Windows. Thank you.

Yours truly,
Frustrated *long*time GNOME user and contributor.
