3rd GNOME Mobile summit to be held in Austin this week

Next week the members of the GNOME Mobile initiative will descend on Austin for the 3rd GNOME Mobile summit, which will be held as part of the Linux Foundation collaboration summit. On the agenda are the creation of a roadmap for the initiative, and encouraging industry participants to collaborate in the community on projects of joint interest.

You've never heard of someone getting code written without a roadmap?

For the past 3 years, without this initiative, people have been making GNOME rock for mobile devices. The GNOME Mobile group is simply acting as a lens, concentrating that energy in a focused way to burn through the stickiest problems.
